In the Spring of 2017, working with the directors and clients, our editors drew from the team’s visual experiments to find the pacing and rhythm of the spot. This process lead our lighting and fx team down many visual paths. The twists and turns helped us discover many non standard materials and environments using Autodesk Maya and Arnold. We used Maxon Cinema4D and SideFx Houdini to work on fx ranging from hard and soft body dynamics to fur and fracture systems. All of this came together using a combination of Fabric Engine, The Foundry Nuke and Adobe After Effects.
